Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, we'll make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Log into your account, find your order and click Request Return. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Items returned without prior authorisation
